Payments and billing
Visit the payments and billing page to find additional questions and answers related to making payments, managing bills and payment, and more.
Missing or late payments could cause a lapse in coverage, or the cancellation or termination of your policy.
If you've missed a payment or are late with a payment, contact your agent or call us at 1-877-810-2920 for more help.
When you're enrolled in automatic payments, you can manage and make updates in My Account, including:
- Update your billing information
- Suspend (pause) an automatic payment for one payment cycle*
- Change the date of your automatic payment*
- Cancel automatic payments completely
*Restrictions apply based on your billing cycle and policy details.
Log in to My Account and in the Payment Center, choose Edit Auto Pay to make changes.
Claims
If you have to make an auto claim, Allstate wants to help make the process as quick and easy as possible. The QuickFoto Claim® feature of the Allstate® mobile app helps you get paid quicker so you can get back to normal faster*. After a claim is filed and submitted, a claims team member will determine if your claim is eligible to use QuickFoto Claim. If so, you may download the Allstate® mobile app below or text ALLSTATE6 to 25788 to start using QuickFoto Claim today.
You can log in to the Allstate® mobile app, My Account, or contact your agent for an update on your claims status.

You can access your insurance card via Allstate® mobile app and My Account. For immediate replacement, contact your Allstate agent.
If you'd like to make changes to your existing policy, please contact your Allstate agent or call 1-800-255-7828.

To update your communication preferences, log in to Allstate® Mobile or login in to My Account and navigate to your profile settings.
Your Allstate agent's information can be found on the back of your insurance card along with all their contact information. You can also quickly find your agent's details by logging in to the Allstate® mobile app or My Account.
