Condo claims process overview

The claim process will vary based on the extent of damage. Here's the typical process:

  1. File and track your claim

    After you report a condo insurance claim, you'll get a claim number to help track your claim's progress.

  2. Damage evaluation

    We'll work with you on estimate and repair choices, so your condo damage can be assessed in the best way possible.

  3. Review estimate

    You will receive details about your claim settlement. The detailed damage estimate and any claim payments are based on the terms and coverage in your condo insurance policy.

  4. Get your condo repaired

    Need help choosing a contractor? Ask your claim representative about Allstate's Good Hands® Repair Network of participating contractors or find your own contractor by visiting the Allstate Good Hands® Repair Network website.

  5. Receive claim payment

    We will share details of your settlement and any payments made to involved parties. You can choose your claim payment method by logging in to My Account and selecting Claim Center.
