Our team of experts select shops for Allstate's Good Hands® Repair Network, so you receive high-quality services every time. With over 4,500 shops nationwide, there's a shop ready to help with your repairs. You are always free to choose your own repair shop if you want to, the network is just our way of making it easier to find the best repairs for your vehicle.

To be a part of the network, a shop must meet industry training and certification standards, adhere to strict criteria for customer experience, repair cycle time, and accuracy, and many hold advanced OEM certifications for manufacturer-specific repairs.

For Allstate® claims, repairs at an in-network shop come with a nationwide workmanship guarantee¹ for as long as you own your vehicle.
