Third-party auto insurance carriers and rental car companies

If you represent another auto insurance carrier or a rental car company, use Allstate's third-party claims portal to:

  • check if a claim has been reported
  • file a new claim
  • retrieve coverage and liability status on existing claims
  • request or provide information on an existing claim

Note: auto body shops and other vendors should not submit inquiries through this portal
