QuickFoto Claim℠ FAQs

Getting started

  1. Download Allstate℠ Mobile app
  2. Access QuickFoto on the Welcome Screen.
  3. Enter your claim number OR login using your Allstate My Account username and password.

I'm not an Allstate customer, can I still use QuickFoto?

Yes. (See Getting started section above.)

Do I have to register for Allstate My Account or create a guest login to use QuickFoto?

No, you simply need to have your Allstate claim number handy.

Why can't I creat an account on Allstate Mobile?

If you would like to access the other features of Allstate Mobile, or select alternative payment methods, you will need to register or create a guest login at Allstate My Account. Once you've done this, you'll be able to use the My Account username and password to login to Allstate Mobile.

Using QuickFoto

In QuickFoto, you'll take photos of your damaged vehicle in a 3-step process before submitting your claim for estimate. You'll be prompted to take photos of the (1) damaged area, (2) entire vehicle, and (3) VIN & odometer.

Can I use photos I've already taken?

No, we can only accept the photos taken within the QuickFoto Application submission process.

I've "captured my photos," what now?

Once you've taken the required photos and all 3 steps are marked as complete, you can now submit for estimate. Please note, once the photos are submitted you won't be able to edit them.

How do I know my claim submission is complete?

You'll see Your QuickFoto Claim upload is complete. Then you can return to the overview screen and you'll see that your photos have been submitted.

What if my claim submission doesn't appear to go through?

Connection issues can sometimes happen. To complete the submission, you may need to log out/in to Allstate Mobile. Look for Finish Upload button in the QuickFoto claim section and resubmit.

What if I'm asked to retake photos?

If your Claims Representative needs you to resend the photos, the step(s) will be unlocked for you to take more pictures and resubmit.

When and how will I be notified of an estimate?

Once your photos are accepted and reviewed, you can expect to receive an estimate and a phone call within 24 business hours.

Your Claims Representative will complete an initial estimate based on the damages visible in the photos and call you to explain your estimate. They will also email the estimate to you with further instructions on how to proceed with your repairs.

How will I be paid?

You can let your Claims Representative know which payment option is best for you: Fast Mobile e-pay, Direct Deposit or a check.
