Filing a claim is simple. If your phone is damaged or experiences a covered mechanical or electrical failure, submit a claim through your plan's claims portal. Once approved, you can receive a repair or, if your device cannot be repaired, a replacement to help get you back up and running as quickly as possible. Same-day repairs may be available in select locations.
