- Log in to My Account
- Select My Agent at the top of My Account
You can access the following documents when logged in to My Account:
- Temporary ID Cards
- ID Cards
- Declaration pages
- Billing and Payment Schedule information
You can also find Insurance Binders (Service Requests). Simply select ‘Policies’ then select ‘Documents’.
You can request mortgagee changes in minutes by following these steps:
- Log in to My Account
- Select your Property Policy
- Choose View Details & Coverages
- Scroll down the section titled Mortgagee / Interested Parties
- Select Update (you can find this in the top right corner of that section)
- Follow the on-screen prompts to make your mortgagee change
