Go to Settings > Location > Location Services > Google Location Accuracy
Turn on “Improve Location Accuracy”
Go to Battery > Adaptive preference
Turn off “Adaptive Battery”
Go to App > Allstate Mobile > App Info > Turn off “Pause app activity if unused”

Operating System 11

Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all apps > Allstate Mobile > Advanced > Battery
Set battery optimization to “Not Optimized”
Go to Battery > Battery Saver
Turn off battery saver

Operating System 10

Go to Phone settings > Apps & Notifications > Advanced > Special app access > Battery optimization
Expand the list to all apps from the drop-down filter and select Allstate Mobile
Select “Don’t optimize”
Select Done
Go to App info > Advanced > Battery
Verify it states “Not optimized”
