Before you hit the road, have your ID card ready by following these steps:

  1. Log into My Account
  2. Select Get ID Card next to your automobile policy
  3. Choose one of the following options:
    • View to Print — instantly open and print your ID card
    • Get ID Cards — have your ID card emailed directly to you

You can also download the Allstate mobile app to access ID cards on your mobile device at any time.

To verify your email address or phone number:

  1. Log in to your account and go to settings from the main menu
  2. Select Profile
  3. Go to contact information and select Verify
  4. We’ll send a verification code to your email address or phone number
  5. Enter the code and select Verify

Need to make home or auto changes on-the-go? You can always update your home and auto coverage online by using self-service in My Account. Before you submit your changes, any updates to your premium will be displayed so you can make sure it’s still the right coverage for you.
