Paper fee

A non-refundable fee will apply in certain states if you do not enroll in the Paperless program and choose to have your documents delivered by mail. If you select to have your documents mailed when you purchase your new policy, but then choose electronic delivery within 24 hours of the sale of the policy, the paper fee can be refunded. The fee will cover administrative, printing, and mailing costs.*

States where a fee will not apply for mailed documents:

  • South Carolina
  • Vermont

Product Line Fee Amount
New Business auto, motorcycle, homeowners, condo, and personal umbrella policies for the first policy term. $8.25
New Business renters, manufactured home, boat, and Valuable Item Protection policies for the first policy term. $5.00
At renewal for all product lines. $2.25
