Allstate mobile application accessibility statement

At Allstate, inclusive diversity is one of our core values. In order to provide excellent service to all of our customers, the Allstate mobile application (the “App”) strives to provide an accessible experience for users of all abilities.

Online accessibility

Allstate has developed our App with accessibility in mind. Our improvements are guided by relevant portions of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA and other recommendations. We are always working to improve our App and periodically run tests using built-in operating system assistive technologies.

If you have questions or concerns about the accessibility of our App, please contact us by sending an email to accessibility@allstate.com. Please provide specific details about the accessibility issue, including the App screen that may have caused challenges.
