ALLSTATE SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

We encourage you to lend your voice and share your thoughts about topics that matter to you on our social media pages. In moderating, we remove inappropriate posts and may block users, so please follow the guidelines.

  • Be Courteous: Treat others as you would want to be treated. Civil, respectful dialog is expected.
  • Be Relevant: Please help maintain a page that encourages people to share and learn from one another by staying on topic.
  • Keep It Clean: Vulgar, profane, obscene, offensive, derogatory and/or inflammatory statements, content and/or material are not permitted.
  • Be Mindful of Your Personal Information: Remember, social media is a public space.
  • Please don't share personal information such as your phone number, email address, policy or claim information unless it is in a private message.
  • No Spamming: Posts containing advertising or solicitation, solicitation and/or external links, as well as redundant posts are often not perceived as valuable and are likely to be removed.
  • All users must comply with the social media platform's Terms of Use, Allstate's Social Media Community Guidelines and Allstate's Terms of Use.
