Thank you for your recent request to know about your personal information – your privacy is very important to us. Provided with this document is a file containing your specific pieces of personal information.

Per your verified request, we are providing you a file containing the personal information about you that InfoArmor has about you and that is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Please note the following about your personal information file:
- The amount and type of personal information included in the attached file will vary based on your relationship with Allstate Property-Liability Sales and Distribution.
- The way the personal information is presented will vary based on how the information is kept in each system. Some of your information has been redacted or not returned due to risk of fraud such as your social security number or account passwords. We will let you know that we have collected it but will not provide you with the actual personal information in the response.
- For each piece of personal information returned, we have indicated the category to which that piece of personal information belongs. The categories are listed below with examples of the types of personal information that fall into each category. Those categories allow you to better understand the personal information that is shared and with whom it is shared.
- To protect individual privacy, we only return personal information that we are confident belongs to you. Data that might belong to an individual with a similar name or address will not be returned to you if we aren’t certain it is yours.

The following response, together with the information contained in the personal information file, explains the following for the personal information collected:

- The categories of sources from which personal information was collected;

- The categories of personal information disclosed for a business purpose and the category of third parties to whom the personal information was disclosed.
1. The categories of personal information collected:
The file of your personal information shows the category of personal information for each piece of information. These are the categories:

Some personal information we collect is defined under the law as sensitive personal information. Sensitive personal information we collect includes Social Security number.
2. The categories of sources from which personal information was collected
We collect personal information about you in several ways from several sources.
- Directly from you as part of our business relationship, including but not limited to personal information provided in connection with the onboarding, enrolling, referral, and quoting processes, as well as information necessary to facilitate commission payments where applicable.
- Automatically from you when you use our websites, view our emails or otherwise engage with us through a computer or mobile device (“Sites”).
- From third parties such as consumer reporting agencies and data providers to do background checks.
3. The business purposes for collecting personal information
We use personal information collected from or about you for business purposes including to:
- Process your information for onboarding including determining eligibility or qualifications for access to Allstate systems and Allstate’s appointment process for licensed staff.
- Update or correct our records, or provide you with technology access needed for your agency role.
- Comply with legal requirements, assist in an investigation, comply with requests from regulatory and law enforcement authorities and meet contractual obligations,
- Protect the safety and security of our business, services, and Sites including to prevent suspected fraud, threats to our network or other illegal activities, prevent misuse or for any other reason permitted by law, and
- Carry out other activities required in the normal course of your agency role.
4. The categories of third parties with whom we share personal information and the personal information shared with those categories of third parties
We may share any of the categories of personal information described above with any of the following third parties:
- Service providers: We may share personal information with service providers who perform services on our behalf for business purposes described above in “Use of Your Information.”
- Third parties in connection with a business transaction: Personal information may be disclosed to third parties in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger, sale of any or all of our company assets or shares, reorganization, financing, change of control or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by an affiliate or third party, or in the event of a bankruptcy or related or similar proceedings.
- Law enforcement, regulators and other parties for legal reasons: Personal information may be disclosed to third parties, as required by law or subpoena, or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to:
- comply with the law and the reasonable requests of regulators, court orders, law enforcement or other public authorities, such as a subpoena, government audit or search warrant,
- comply with a contract or as necessary to establish, exercise or defend against potential, threatened or actual litigation,
- protect us, your vital interests, or those of another person, and
- investigate fraud or to protect the security or integrity of our Sites, tools, facilities, or other individuals.
