Peer to Peer Recognition:

High5 is a peer to peer rewards system uniquely developed to encourage a culture of recognition at Allstate NI. High5 enables employees to acknowledge their colleagues who they feel deserve an extra bit of credit for being helpful, or a more substantial award for going above and beyond their regular duties.

Employees at Allstate NI can accrue points throughout the year which can be exchanged for staff restaurant vouchers, branded Allstate clothing, and other fun merchandise like portable chargers and Amazon vouchers.

At the end of each year the 50 top scorers' on High5 are offered the opportunity to go on an all-expense paid European city break! They can even bring a plus one!
