Ready To Resume

Helping you to get back to it

Ready to Resume

Been out of the workforce for longer than two years, and want to come back and restart your career with Allstate NI? If so, we have created the 'Ready to Resume Program' — designed to get you back to 'IT', and at a level befitting of your previous career.

Location

Belfast

The Programme

Allstate NI are committed to finding the best people for the job, and we understand that no two candidates are the same. For one reason or another many IT professionals end up out of employment for long periods of time, and we understand that the prospect of coming back to work, or 'starting over', can be challenging.

Therefore, we have developed our 'Ready to Resume' program: a unique initial training programme that empowers you to 'Pick up' where you left off, and without all the barriers of CV critiquing and formal interviews, helps you transition back into the workplace.

As well as this, we offer outstanding career support and development opportunities, a great working environment, and all the benefits you would expect from a large and progressive company — including a major emphasis on Work/Life balance.
