50 Allstate NI employees were treated to a trip of a lifetime as part of the company's High 5 recognition programme.
Reach for the Stars is the highest level of award in the Allstate NI High 5 recognition program. The award honours Allstate NI employees who have been most recognized by their peers and leaders throughout the year.
For receiving the highest level of recognition, 5 employees plus a partner were awarded a trip to the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona in the US to meet up with their US and Indian co-workers who also won the accolade. The remaining 45 employees plus their partners were whisked away to Paris for a 3 night stay in the beautiful Hotel Concorde Montparnasse from Thursday 26th to Sunday 29th March 2014.
To help employees get the most out of their time in Paris, they were given the option of selecting either a 2 day Paris pass to gain free entry into iconic sights such as the Louvre and Arc De Triomphe or a one day pass to both Disneyland parks.
A 3 course group dinner was held on the Friday night to celebrate the achievements of the winners. The dinner was preceded by a boat cruise on the Seine and then after disembarking the group made their way to a private bistro to dine under the Eiffel Tower.
Reach for the Stars winner Adrian Lester said,
"It was an incredible experience and we have come away with happy memories that will last a lifetime!"
