Allstate NI has been recognised in the illustrious Belfast Telegraph Northern Ireland Business Awards, in association with British Airways. The Software company picked up the award for Excellence in the Development of Management and Leadership which was sponsored by the Department of Employment and Learning.

In 2012, Allstate US was transformed from being an indigenous company with satellite in Northern Ireland into a global operation with three geographic regions in the US, Europe and Asia. Rose Kelly, Allstate VP & CAO created a Global Connect project designed to integrate world class HR and business processes across the three continents which included an innovative Global Leadership Education programme to support the success of the new Global Leaders. Launched in May 2014, Allstate's multi award winning global leadership and management education programme delivered strategic workshops and tailored programmes to every leadership level across the US, Northern Ireland and India in partnership with the William J Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen's University and the Thunderbird School of Global Management based in Arizona.
Hosted by BBC's Wendy Austin, over 350 people attended the awards at the Culloden Hotel, Holywood where after dinner guests were mesmerised by local mentalist David Meade.
