John Healy

Vice President & Managing Director
Allstate Northern Ireland

John has 25 years' experience in technology, predominantly in the financial services domain. He has extensive experience at leading global teams, developing strategy and delivering solutions to address business and technology issues.

Prior to joining Allstate, John led Citi's delivery center in Belfast, providing IT, Operations, HR, Legal, Finance and Risk Services to the broader Citi group as one of 27 global delivery centers in its global network. Before serving in this position, John held senior management roles as head of technology and as a business unit manager for Citi, as well as senior roles at Grafton Recruitment, Liberty IT, J P Morgan Chase, St George Bank Treasury and Merrill Lynch.

At Allstate, John is the managing director of Allstate NI, leading the team of 2,200.

John earned his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Engineering and Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast.

John is married to Krystine and has three daughters, Niamh, Hannah and Claire and one son Thomas. John enjoys cooking in his spare time and is a keen follower of rugby union.

Keith Lippert

Vice President, Deputy Chief Information Security Officer
Allstate

Keith joined Allstate as the International Director Business Information Security Officer (BISO) in 2017 and was promoted to Vice President and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer in 2018. Keith is responsible for establishing and driving individualized information security strategy and programs for each of the major Allstate business lines and supporting the execution of key security initiatives.

Keith has expertise in Financial Crime Prevention, Anti-terrorism, Sanctions, Money-laundering and Fraud prevention. Keith has served as a Board member on two National Banks in the United States as well as banks in Russia, India, Mexico and Canada.

Prior to Allstate, Keith was the Legal Chief Operating Officer for Barclays Bank in London, and Vice President of International Fraud prevention for American Express.

He studied at The Ohio State University and London School of Business. Keith has two daughters, 20 years apart, and a keen interest in all things automotive.

Georgina O'Leary

Director of Compozed Labs and Claims Technology
Allstate Northern Ireland

Georgina O'Leary is the Director of Global Compozed Labs and Claims Technology at Allstate Northern Ireland, a global in-house center with over 2,200 employees that delivers technology solutions to Allstate Insurance, the largest publicly held property and casualty insurer in North America. Georgina has been instrumental in the delivery of software product lifecycle, extreme programming and cloud engineering at Allstate. She is now embedding this in the claims area delivering on the digital experience for customers.

Georgina has over 20 years' experience in technology businesses from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, and has expertise in leading and transforming organizations to become digital enterprises. Georgina has led university engagements, hackathons, and external engagements for Allstate as a highly accomplished technologist. Georgina earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Applied Computing from Waterford Institute of Technology and an MSc (1st class honours) in Innovation and Leadership from Sheffield University.

Georgina has also received honours from Trinity College, Dublin in their executive breakout program and added the art of design thinking to her skillset, which she is applying in her work to introduce delivery of Extreme Agile practices to Allstate.

Sam Anderson

Program Management Office (PMO) Director
Allstate Northern Ireland

Sam graduated from Queens University with B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science. Sam's career prior to Allstate was with BT Plc, where he enjoyed a variety of roles involving software engineering, leadership, international collaborations and major programme management for UK wide deliveries.

Sam joined Allstate in 2009 and initially undertook an enterprise wide Program Management role before leading a variety of software engineering teams (including Mobile Technology & Connect Car areas). Sam is currently a global director in the PMO, focused on supporting the delivery of Allstate Personal Lines Technology projects and programmes. Sam is the Local Area Leader in ANI for all PMO staff and has led the development of the ANI Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence.

Joy Chambers

Director of Business Optimisation
Allstate Northern Ireland

Joy Chambers is the Director for Business Optimisation at Allstate Northern Ireland. Joy has 30 years' experience working in both the public and private sectors, more recently focusing on research and strategic analysis to drive business optimisation and business development, helping evolve and transform Allstate into a world class global organisation.

Joy has a BA (Hons) degree from Ulster University in Public Policy & Management, with post graduate qualifications in Human Resource Management and Training.

Married to Robert her hobbies include travel, reading and walking.

Stephen McKeown

Director, ISG - Enterprise Big Data & Analytics Platforms
Allstate Northern Ireland

Stephen is an experienced senior technology executive having worked with firms from large multinationals to niche specialists in the areas of digital transformation, Big Data and analytics.

At Allstate he is Director of Enterprise Big Data and Analytics Platforms and Allstate Technology and Strategic Ventures Data Science. Prior to Allstate he held a number of board level roles and has acted as a technical advisor to the UK Technology Strategy Board and the European Commission's Horizon 2020 Research and Development programs.

He is married to Silke and has two children. He enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking and sailing.

David Wright

APLT Testing Services Director Within Flight
Allstate Northern Ireland

David started his career as a programmer with Parity Solutions, working in a variety of application development roles through the entire development lifecycle. He joined Allstate NI in 1999 as a Senior Programmer Analyst and has held a number of positions over the last 20 years resulting in promotion to the position of Director in January 2010.

Allstate Personal Lines (APL) is the second-largest personal lines insurer in the US. A broad suite of property-casualty, life and retirement products is sold and serviced in all 50 states, plus Washington, D.C., and Canada, through Allstate agencies as well as contact centers and the web. APL focuses on brand-sensitive customers who prefer local, personal advice and service.

Current Role: Flight Allstate Personal Lines Technology Director

Flight makes products soar by continuously improving software quality

Allstate Personal Lines Technology (APLT) is the technology arm that supports Allstate Personal Lines (APL).

David's accountability as Flight Director for APLT covers the full stack Testing Services provided by a global team in excess of 500 resources in Allstate North America, Allstate Northern Ireland, Allstate Solutions Private Ltd (India) and 3rd party offshore vendor staff.

David is married to Alison who also works at Allstate NI and enjoys table tennis and golf in his spare time

Jim Bannon

Director - Product Technology & Emerging Business
Allstate Northern Ireland

Jim has over 20 years' technology experience across various domains. He has extensive experience in leading global teams and leading international strategies with specific successes in delivering business solutions to address technology needs.

Prior to Allstate NI, Jim was employed by NevadeTele.com, IMRGlobal, Logicom and a Healthcare Trust, gaining experience in project management, web development, web hosting, eSecurity & communications solutions, bespoke development, document management, imaging and workflow products, along with various client-server technologies. Jim has been with Allstate NI for 15 years and has worked in various areas within Allstate NI, including Access Allstate and Cyberlife in Allstate Financial Technology and for ISG in WebFocus, Crystal and Business Objects. In 2007, he spent 6 months in the role as a Business Improvement Agent, developing Allstate NI's Innovation Strategy before taking on his current role.

At Allstate NI, Jim is the Director for Product technology leading a global team of 300 and providing local leadership to a further 250 across ATSV, Canada and Emerging Business.

Jim is a Queen's graduate with a degree in Computer Science and a masters degree in Business Administration, he is also a Microsoft Certified Java Developer.

Jim is married to Paula and has 3 sons, Michael, Ruairi and Aidan and 2 daughters, Lara and Katie. Jim likes to spend his spare time running, cycling and walking his dog on the beach in Downings.

Tony Mulvena

Director - Infrastructure Services
Allstate Northern Ireland

Tony has over 30 years' experience in IT and has worked the majority of that time in Banking and Insurance. Prior to joining Allstate, Tony worked for Level 3 Communications in their Corporate HQ in Denver, Colorado, leading a global team delivering Content Management services for their US, Asia and European offices. Before joining Level 3, Tony held several senior leadership positions with First Trust Bank, based in their Belfast office.

At Allstate Tony is a Director in the Infrastructure Services organization leading the local IS team of almost 300 and having global accountability for Asset Management, Configuration Management and Software Tools.

Tony earned his BSc in Computer Science from the Open University.

Tony is married to Deborah and has two daughters, Debbie & Paula and one son, Steven. He also has two grandchildren, Ciara and Jackson. In his spare time, Tony enjoys photography, cycling and reptile keeping.

Peter Barber

Director of Operations
Allstate Northern Ireland

Peter has over 20 years' experience within the IT industry and has held a variety of positions and worked in a variety of domains such as finance, defense and now the insurance industry. Prior to starting with Allstate in 2010, Peter spent 10 years with Raytheon Systems Limited mostly in project and engineering management positions.

He started his career with Allstate as a project manager, before taking on senior manager responsibilities for Quality, Compliance and Internal Systems. He took over management of the ATSC and the Strabane site in 2013, before being promoted to Director in 2016. Peter is currently responsible for Technology optimisation and Robotic Process Automation within Allstate Brand Operations.

Peter has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computing from Ulster University.

He is a native of L'Derry and is married to Juliette and they have 3 daughters Caitlin, Amy and Erin. In his free time Peter is a keen amateur photographer and can be seen wandering around the North Coast or Donegal at silly hours of the morning.
