- Select "View to print"
- Use standard 8.5 x 11 Inch white paper
- Double-check that the printout clearly represents all the information and features found on the digital version of the ID card

Paperless
You will receive your documents electronically, such as: billing notices, policy documents and auto insurance card(s). You’ll receive an email to let you know these documents are ready to view online. Based on legal requirements, you may still receive some documents in the mail as well as online. (This option is only available for certain policy types.)
You’ll first need to register or log in to My Account and enroll in Paperless. On the Paperless settings page, select your paperless option (eBill/ePolicy), agree to the Terms & Conditions and select 'Save'. You’ll start receiving email notifications once your documents are ready to be reviewed.
You can select eBill in your Paperless Settings to manage your bills. You can also set notifications for payment reminders by email or text.
ePolicy allows you to manage your policy documents, auto insurance card(s) and claim documents by email.
Hawaii residents automatically receive ID Cards in the mail for new policies regardless of their paperless preferences. Following policy changes and at renewal, Hawaii ID cards are only automatically mailed for policies not enrolled in ePolicy.
You can change your email address by visiting the Profile Page.
