How Can I Check the Status of My Claim?
You can access your claim status any time day or night online. It's easy to do:
- Sign in to the Customer Care Center.
- Once logged in, you'll be taken to "My Claim Summary" with your Claim Status update.
Who Should I Contact to Repair My Home?
You are always free to choose any contractor, and Allstate will always honor your choice. But if you don't already have a contractor in mind, you can always ask us for a referral, and we will be happy to help you.
Is the Workmanship of My Home Repairs Guaranteed?
If you have the repairs completed through a contractor participating in our vendor referral program, the workmanship will be guaranteed by the vendor for up to three years from the date the repairs are completed. The guarantee is subject to specific terms and conditions.
What Happens after My Claim Is Resolved?
Even after your claim is resolved, we will continue to provide you with protection 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
