The Help You Need In Illinois.

Due to recent flooding in Southern Illinois, the Illinois Department of Insurance has issued a bulletin to provide safeguards for consumers impacted by the floods. We want to make sure you’re aware of the bulletin, which is located here: http://insurance2.illinois.gov/cb/2015/CB2015-13.pdf.

Allstate has taken the following measures in adherence to the bulletin:

A moratorium has been placed on cancellations and nonrenewal notices for affected properties.

Processes are in place to ensure that, if needed, affected policy holders are granted the extensions outlined in the bulletin.

Underwriting guidelines and processes are being adjusted to accommodate the provisions in the bulletin.

The NCT And Mobile Claims Centers Are Here To Help.

Our mobile claims centers offer you the chance to meet with members of the NCT after your community has been affected by a severe weather event. The NCT can help you report a claim, answer questions and may be able to provide additional living expenses on covered losses.
