Catastrophe Response and Claim Reporting Information
File a Claim or Call 1-800-54-Storm (1-800-547-8676)
Whether you live on the Eastern Seaboard, the West Coast or in the heart of the U.S., you might be affected by a severe weather event or a wildfire resulting in widespread or severe localized damages. Being prepared, and knowing how to respond, is key to helping you cope. Allstate has a team of more than 800 full-time inside and field National Catastrophe Team members, backed by the entire Allstate claims organization and, when needed, independent adjusting firms, who respond to disasters throughout the country all year.
Currently the Allstate National Catastrophe Team is handling claims across America. To enhance our claim handling response Allstate has a fleet of Mobile Claims Centers that are strategically located in and around severely impacted communities. At these mobile locations, policyholders can speak with catastrophe adjusters, report claims, and inquire about possible claim payment for things like additional living expenses on covered losses. Or just be encouraged with a bottle of water or teddy bear.
If your area was recently impacted by severe weather or some other disaster, you can select your state below to find if the Allstate National Catastrophe Team is handling, get information about the event, read how to report your loss, who to call if you have questions or how to better prepare for the next event that might impact your area.
If you're an Allstate policyholder whose property or automobile was damaged, you can report your claim at 1-800-54-STORM (1-800-547-8676), visit your Allstate agent, or online at Allstate.com. You can also register for MyAccount where you can have access to claim information, register for EFT on qualified loss payments, upload documents and correspond with your claim adjuster.
Nothing is more important than getting help to customers after a disaster, so we're dedicated to finding quicker, more effective ways to respond. See how.
