No, roadside assistance from your membership plan is not considered an insurance claim. However, for auto policy roadside plans, you will need to file a claim for towing and other services related to your event.

The number of miles included with roadside depends upon your membership or plan.

  • Roadside Assist includes: 15 miles of towing coverage

Roadside assistance events on your membership plan are not considered insurance claims and, therefore, will not impact your auto insurance premium.
