Allstate guarantees that the retail price, before your points are applied, is the lowest found on any authorized retailer online. If you find a lower price online within seven days of purchase, we'll give you back your points and refund the difference. The retail price for the identical item from any qualifying online retail must be lower than the You Pay" amount for the item you purchase from the Allstate Rewards website. Your credit card will be refunded with the difference between the comparison retail and the "Your Pay" price and your points will be returned to your account. Additionally, if you find a lower comparison retail price, but the "You Pay" amount for the item purchased was lower than the competitor's retail price, we will refund you the points used in your transaction.
Example: Your purchase merchandise through the Allstate Rewards website with a retail price of $100, and you applied 2,500 in points to that price, paying $75 after use of your points (before any applicable taxes were applied). If you found a lower qualifying comparison price of $60 and submitted a valid claim that meets all terms and conditions, we would refund $15 ($60= $15) to your credit card. Your 2,500 points would also be restored to your Allstate Rewards account.
