Allstate Benefits Claims Assist reminds employees to file a claim.

Allstate Benefits has teamed up with the data gurus at Benefit Science Technologies to integrate major medical claims data* with our proprietary benefits mapping. When an event such as a doctor's visit or critical illness diagnosis is reported by the medical claims data, Claims Assist validates and qualifies the data against our benefit mapping and automatically emails the employee a coverage reminder with a link to our customer portal to file a claim.

In the uncertainty and worry that follow an injury or diagnosis, Claims Assist can help employees take advantage of overlooked coverage and recover significant benefits. Employees can opt in to Allstate Benefits Claims Assist when they sign up for our Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity products.

My Offers provides employees with special savings that are customized to their geographical location.

My Offers is an easy-to-use discount service available through Allstate Benefits that offers special deals and savings that are customized to an employee's geographical location. Perks can include employee-friendly deals on home and auto maintenance, child safety products, and even student loans.

This service saves employees both time and money as they live their best lives. Employees with any Allstate Benefits coverage are eligible for My Offers; there are no product limitations or restrictions.

Papa offers flexible family care to employees and their loved ones.

We all need a pal sometimes. That's why Allstate Benefits partners with Papa to offer flexible family care benefits to employees and their loved ones. Papa delivers real human help right to an employee's front door via its curated national network of Papa Pals, compassionate individuals who provide companionship and assistance with everyday tasks.

Trained and highly vetted Papa Pals can provide support in the following ways**
  • Assistance with homework, snacks, meals and playtime for children
  • Help with errands, light housework, or caring for pets (which may include taking the pets on a walk or refilling food or water)
  • Companionship, transportation, and support for aging or ill loved ones near and far

This collaboration with Papa provides a variety of benefits, including increased productivity, enhanced well-being, and support for a changing workforce. When an employee enrolls in an Allstate Benefits voluntary insurance product or a group health plan*** through their employer, they receive access to up to 10 hours of help from a Papa Pal during the first year of coverage. If they need more time, they can purchase hours directly through Papa.

With value-added programs and services through Allstate Benefits, employees have access to a more robust benefits package that can meet important untapped needs. All of these opportunities can help employees thrive in their personal lives by providing them with added convenience and valuable financial, family, health, and wellness support. This creates space for happier and healthier employees in the workplace.
