The plan also offers a Dental Rewards® program. By visiting a dental provider each year and submitting a claim under your plan threshold, you can qualify to carry over benefit dollars and increase your available dental insurance benefits.

In addition, the Ameritas plan offers coverage for LASIK and related procedures, and benefit allowances for hearing exams, hearing aids and hearing aid maintenance.
