In order to transact electronic business with us as well as receive your current and future insurance related documents (including billing, policy related, claims and any other documents) electronically, you must read and agree to the following terms and conditions. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you will be enrolled and/or continue to remain enrolled in Allstate's eBill and ePolicy programs.
You can enroll and unenroll in Allstate® eBill at anytime. In lieu of a paper billing document, you will be sent an email notification with a link to your online account, where you can view a PDF version of your billing document. You will no longer receive paper billing documents via US mail. Allstate can modify the terms of this agreement at any time.
You are accepting the Allstate Electronic Bill Presentment service, "Allstate® eBill" on an "AS-IS" basis. Allstate does not guarantee that the service will be without defect or flaw and Allstate will not be held responsible for any loss associated with the use of this service.
Allstate will send an email notification to the email address on record when a new billing document is ready to view. It is your sole responsibility to keep your email address current in your online account. You are required to either update your Allstate® eBill email address online or to notify at 1-800-ALLSTATE®, if you have a change in your email address for Allstate® eBill.
Please note that it may take 2 days to process your request. You can unenroll online on myAcc ount or by calling 1-800-ALLSTATE®. You are required to pay all paper or electronic bills you are sent. You will be unenrolled automatically if one of the following scenarios occurs:
- You are no longer a named insured on the policy.
- Your payment method switches from insured pay to mortgagee pay, due to mortgage escrow payment.
- Your email notification is undeliverable for three consecutive scheduled billing documents.
This Online Statement for Electronic Consent and Disclosure ("Disclosure") applies to those forms, disclosures, notices or other documents that may be given to you and in some cases signed and returned to us as part of an insurance transaction or claim. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Disclosure, you are agreeing you have the authority to receive these documents electronically on behalf of all insureds under your policy.
The words "we," "us," and "our" means Allstate, its affiliates, subsidiaries or parent companies. The words "you" and "your" means you the individual(s) who desires to transact business or process a claim electronically.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are confirming that you are able to receive the Communications pursuant to the hardware and software requirements noted above.
