advise you about emergency repairs.
Document the damage or loss in writing and with photos or video before repair work begins.
Your Allstate claim representative will go over your policy with you to explain which
coverages and limits apply.
We wrap up your claim by answering any questions you may have and provide you with
payment when appropriate.
