Our Shared Vision
The definition of social responsibility came into sharper focus for our 36,000 employees in 2007, when we began rolling out Our Shared Vision, Allstate’s strategic road map for reinventing protection and retirement for consumers. Our Shared Vision is intended to align and energize employees with our purpose, values, principles and operating priorities. We believe that by following Our Shared Vision, we will become more innovative and outperform the competition more routinely. We equally believe that Our Shared Vision will help us grow as individuals, and become better family members, friends and citizens.
