Our employment value proposition continues to be appealing to employees at all levels, and we routinely evaluate it to ensure our ability to attract, motivate and retain talent. For entry-level positions, we are particularly adept at attracting talent from schools that have an insurance curriculum, including Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

Top students recognize the various rewarding career opportunities that exist in the insurance industry and specifically at Allstate; however we continue to be challenged in educating college graduates that Allstate offers more than just an opportunity to “sell insurance.” We also offer a program that employs more than 100 interns a year. This program helps us to develop a pipeline of talent for future full-time openings in a broad range of departments across Allstate.
