In 2012 Allstate launched a 12 month mentoring program for diverse business owners. The Allstate Mentoring Program helps diverse business owners strengthen their business through a series of live and virtual sessions focused on leadership and employee development, financial management, sales and marketing, and technology improvement sessions.
You may apply for the 2013 program if you:
- Are a certified diverse supplier
- Have annual revenues over $150,000
- Have been in business for at least five years
- Can have at least one senior officer at your company attend all sessions
