This site is for existing Allstate suppliers and those interested in pursuing a business relationship with us. To work most effectively with Allstate, it is essential that you work with the Sourcing & Procurement Solutions department.
Sourcing & Procurement Solutions is a centralized sourcing department and our mission is to leverage the company’s purchasing power to ensure that the highest quality of goods and services are available at the most cost effective price. It is our commodity managers’ intent to build relationships with selected suppliers and to manage these ongoing supplier relationships on behalf of the corporation.
We include minority-, woman, and veteran-owned businesses in the competitive bidding process where possible at Allstate in support of our commitment to provide quality products and services to our customers while delivering outstanding value to our shareholders.
Suppliers who want to pursue business with Allstate should complete an online Prospective Supplier Registration form. Our online registration process is managed by Equifax, who provides outsourced supplier services. By clicking on the link below, you will be leaving this Allstate site and entering the Equifax Registration site. Allstate, and other firms, use the supplier database that is produced from this registration process as a source of potential suppliers: Prospective Supplier Registration form. Completing the registration process lets our commodity managers know you are interested in doing business with Allstate and provides information used in our sourcing selection process.
If your company is currently listed in the Equifax database, you do not need to complete the Prospective Supplier Registration.
Entry into the prospective Allstate supplier database does not ensure that your company will be awarded business from Allstate or that your company will be contacted; it does allow corporate decision-makers to identify qualified prospective suppliers who may be able to meet their product or service requirements for business operations. If we determine there is a need for your product or service, the appropriate Allstate commodity manager will contact you.
If you are an existing Allstate supplier, you do not need to complete the Prospective Supplier Registration process noted above to let our commodity managers know that you are interested in doing additional business with Allstate. Your company’s information is already listed in the Equifax database. The Allstate commodity managers search the database to find information about suppliers when starting new sourcing projects.
