Allstate NI Joins Leading Technology Exhibit at Titanic Pump House

The Here and Now exhibit in the Titanic Pump House, Belfast recently welcomed Allstate NI to its showcase of some of the technological genius that's happening throughout Northern Ireland today.

The Here and Now exhibit is an engaging and compelling collection of everything that is truly brilliant about the science and technology being developed right here, right now in Northern Ireland and Allstate NI is no exception. Boasting of its mobile and software application development services, Allstate NI now joins many other global technology and engineering firms displayed in the exhibition.

Allstate NI showcases new technology at the Titanic Pump House.

'The Here & Now' is based in the Pump-House at the NI Science Park campus but travels to schools and technology events such as Culture Tech 2013 in L'Derry. To date it has travelled to many locations educating young and old alike. The exhibit highlights the progress Northern Ireland is making in turning research into world-class commercial products and service.

The concept for 'The Here and Now' grew from the success of the first Festival of Innovation run by Northern Ireland Science Park as part of the Annual 25K Awards in September 2012 and to mark the first meeting of the Royal and Irish Academies of Engineering under Presidents Sir John Parker GBE and Anthony Barry. The Festival concluded with an Exhibition of Innovations by some 25 leading local companies in the medical devices, financial software and advanced manufacturing and engineering sectors. Each showcased their innovative and world-class services and products. This gave visiting Fellows, academics, government officials and, most importantly of all, students and teachers from NI schools and colleges, an opportunity to see the range of exciting technological developments which are happening in NI.
