Allstate Employees Rally for Good

Bro McFerran serves cake. Magician performs a trick with a rope. From 7 - 11 April all three Allstate Northern Ireland offices took part in the enterprise wide Rally for Good celebrations. Celebrating the success of 2013 was at the heart of these events which were held to say "thank you" to all our employees for their contribution towards Allstate's outstanding results.

All employees were treated to a free two course lunch with live music and received a £10 amazon voucher each as well as other Allstate goodies. In Belfast, staff enjoyed live music from Owen Strathern, formally of General Fiasco, and entertainment from the Belfast Community Circus School. In Strabane, The Jumping Jesters and Mr Bubbles entertained staff who also played with a giant Jenga puzzle. The Northland office celebrated with a DJ and dancing group The Candies. All three locations also had a photobooth each day and photos of this, and the rest of the week's activities, can be seen on our Facebook page.

As an additional bonus, every team was also given a budget to take their employees out on a team building activity. Activities have included bowling, fishing, seal watching and segwaying across parts of Northern Ireland.

A big thank you to all employees for making 2013 such a great success and for attending these celebration events.
