Investors in People—Gold Standard

As a result of Allstate NI's recent Investors in People audit at the Belfast and Strabane offices, Allstate NI have been awarded Investors in People Gold standard.

Gold is the highest level of recognition available under the Investors in People framework and is a significant achievement given that, across the UK, less than 1% of organizations recognized under Investors in People have been successful at this level.

"Gold represents achievement of world class best practice. It shows a truly cutting-edge organisation, operating at the very highest levels of people management practice using Investors in People to drive the business forward" Investors in People.

Thanks to everyone who participated in interviews as part of the assessment and to those who helped manage and co-ordinate a fairly rigorous assessment process across all three sites, in particular Rose Kelly, Sarah Montgomery, Deirdre Doherty and Maura Hassan.
