Northern Ireland Allstate employee, Alex

"I joined Allstate NI in March 2002 on the Bridge to Employment course. I started off in a testing role and I moved through the ranks from Testing to Developer, then to Business analyst and then onto Project Management. These roles fave me a solid grounding in the multi disciplinary world of IT which helped me apply for a Team Manager role. I now have responsibility for 13 people across 3 sites and run a business critical, customer facing application."
Alex - Team Manager & Bridge to Employment applicant (Law & Spanish Degree)
