Comic Relief Bake Sale

Friday 15th March was Comic Relief Day and anyone who watched part or all of the programme on Friday night will be aware how much good can be done with the money raised.

Allstate NI PMO decided to join in the fundraising activities by helping Allstate NI folks channel their inner Mary Berry and we held a Bake Sale in our Belfast and Northland offices on Friday morning. It was wonderful to see so many beautiful cakes and sweet things coming into the offices. The skills of our bakers were considerable and made the judging in both offices very tricky.

And the list of Prizewinners were:

  2. Victoria McNeice
  3. Michelle Gilroy
  4. Joanne McFaul

  4. Two year old Katherine Murtagh (with a little help from mum Suzi!)

Some of the most beautiful cakes were then put into a raffle in each site and allow us to maximize the monies raised. And the Winners Were:

The best news of all is the amount raised. The Sale itself raised over £1000 and we are happy to announce that our ANI Management are adding to the totals so that Comic Relief will receive a donation of £1500!

We want to thank everyone for all their efforts - the Bakers, our Volunteers and most of all everyone who purchased cake as we couldn't have raised such a wonderful amount without you.
