Structure Coverage Options:
- Actual or Replacement Cost – If your home is 10 years old or less, choose your coverage option
- Trip Collision – Insures your home as it is being transported from the factory to your site
Content Coverage Options:
- Replacement Coverage – Allows you to receive the full purchase price of lost items
- High Value Items – Extend protection beyond your basic policy limits
- Business Pursuit – Extends coverage to property associated with a home business
Insurance Discounts & Savings:
- Original Owner – Save up to 5% a year for the first five years of ownership.
- Multi-Line (Home + Auto) – Save up to 15% depending on the type of home and the state in which you live.
- Protective Devices – Save up to 15% depending on the combination of installed protective devices.
- Fire Resistive – Save up to 15% depending on the materials.
- 55 or older and retired – Save 10%.
