Manufactured Home Insurance

Protecting Your Home & Your Belongings

Manufactured homes have changed drastically in the last decade or so, but one thing remains the same - if your home was built in a factory to HUD standards, Allstate generally has a policy to insure it.

A manufactured home insurance policy offers coverages for the actual structure of your home, can help protect your personal property within, plus much more.

Your Manufactured Home Insurance Policy Usually Includes:

Structure Coverage Options

  • Actual or Replacement Cost – If your home is 10 years old or less, talk with your Allstate agent about the different coverage options you may want to consider. Based on options available within your state, Replacement Coverage usually allows you to receive the full purchase price of the lost items at the time of loss.

  • Trip Collision – Insures your home as it is being transported from the factory to your site

Insurance Discounts & Savings:

We've got many ways to save on the cost of manufactured home insurance.

  • Original Owner – Save up to 5% a year for the first five years of ownership.
  • Multi-Line (Home + Auto) – Save up to 10% depending on the type of home and the state in which you live.
  • Protective Devices – Save up to 15% depending on the combination of installed protective devices.
  • 55 or older and retired – Save 10%.
An Allstate agent can help you determine which discounts you may want to consider and what level of coverage could be right for you.
