 No

*Organizations qualifying under IRS Code Section 501(c)(3) include organizations operated exclusively for religious or charitable purposes and whose earnings do not benefit any private shareholder or individual, no substantial part of the activities of which is carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting, to influence legislation, and which does not participate in any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office. Examples include:

  • A publicly supported organization, such as: Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity
  • Federal, state and local governments or governmental units, such as: police departments, fire departments (volunteer fire departments are not included), public schools, the Peace Corps, etc., for exclusively public purposes
