allstate employees support community efforts

Beyond February

Allstate employees find many ways to go beyond, to reach out to the communities where they live and work. We are proud of their efforts and encourage, support and celebrate this outreach and the employees that make it happen.

See examples below of Allstate employees that have taken an active interest in their African-American communities.

Meet Allstate Agent Tracy Rolle

Allstate agent, Tracy Rolle, takes volunteering above and Beyond February. As an annual volunteer for Darrell Armstrong's Foundation for Premature Babies, she helps little lives thrive. As a volunteer parent at Sandtown Parent Teacher Student Association, she chaperones and assists at all grade levels. But her altruistic nature doesn't just extend to children. Tracy delivers meals on wheels all throughout her hometown of Fairburn, Georgia. And she helps educate and empower families in the African-American Community by conducting insurance and financial workshops. Most recently, last summer, when her town was suffering from the effects of a severe draught, Tracy helped keep people cool. By helping the local fire department, she delivered hundreds of fans to those in need. In recognition of Tracy's efforts, she was profiled last summer as part of TBS' Movie and a Makeover. Tracy Rolle is an ordinary person doing extra-ordinary things.

Meet Allstate Agent Vincent Green

Allstate agent, Vincent Green, goes Beyond February by putting smiles on the faces of children all around Atlanta. As a board member for the Youth for a Better Tomorrow mentoring program, a coach for the East Marietta Basketball League, a classroom facilitator for the Roswell Discovery Summer Camp program, and an active participant in the Advisory Council for Diversity in the Boys & Girls Club of America, Vincent Green connects with children through his stories and history, and always inspires them to excel. Vincent's commitment to his community was profiled last summer as part of TBS'
Movie and a Makeover. This everyday person of Roswell, Georgia is a shining example of going beyond.
