Catastrophe Claims
When registering online, please note that, for your security, access to claim status is not available immediately. You’ll receive a Personal Activation Key (PAK) in the mail in 7-10 days. By entering this PAK at the Customer Care Center, you'll enjoy an expanded list of online services, including the ability to get your claim status.
