What Information Will You Need Right Away?

To get your claim moving in the right direction, you'll need to give us as many details as you can. A lot of these details are basic:
What happened?

When did it happen?

Where did it happen (if not in your home)?

And who, if anyone, was injured? (Given that you're filing a claim, we sincerely hope nobody was hurt. That's what's most important. But if someone in your home was hurt, be sure to let us know as soon as possible.)
