Social responsibility initiatives in Florida.
What Has Allstate Done in our Local Community?
  • The Allstate Foundation proudly donated the first mobile Fire Safety house to the Florida State Fire College. The Fire Safety house is available to all local fire stations across the state and is designed to teach people, especially children, about fire safety and how to safely exit from a burning building.
  • The Allstate Foundation works with several Florida organizations to promote Teen Safe Driving. The Florida region has partnerships with Mothers against Brain Injuries in Jacksonville, MORE Health in St. Petersburg and Big Brothers and Big sisters of Dade/Broward and Pinellas County to educate teens on issues, distractions, and driving safely.
  • The Allstate Foundation assists domestic violence survivors through Harbor House in Orlando. The program promotes education advocacy and provides the training necessary for survivors to become financially independent from their abusers.
  • In 2007, The Allstate Foundation supported a variety other programs across Florida including Take Stock in Children, the Urban League, The Search Dog Foundation, Junior Achievement, Helping People Succeed, Do the Right Thing, Boys and Girls Club, and Florida Firefighters Charities.
Allstate Foundation Disaster Recovery:
  • Southwest Florida Community Foundation
