10/19/11 6:50 PM

A storm system consisting of extremely heavy rain, strong winds and lightning moved across Florida October 18 and October 19, 2011. In fact, three tornados touched down as a storm system drenched the state, including one tornado that left a trail of damage more than a mile long in a Broward county suburban neighborhood of Sunrise.
