Storm system cripples Southwest

A storm system consisting of extremely strong winds and heavy precipitation crippled portions of Nevada January 4 through 6. The high winds coupled with the record rain and snowfall damaged properties and downed power lines. The areas of highest impact are the communities of Toole, Utah.
