Allstate Mobile Claims Centers (MCC)

The Allstate National Catastrophe Team often positions Mobile Claims Centers (MCC) at convenient locations to assist our policyholders. At the MCC you can meet with catastrophe personnel, get answers to your claim questions and file a claim against your Allstate policy. Below is a listing of locations* where you can find these MCCs.

A Mobile Claim Center and Catastrophe Response Teams have been deployed to assist customers affected by the Black Forest and Royal Gorge wildfires at the following locations:

Disaster Assistance Center

Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM MT
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT
