Allstate Leadership Development Programs: Get on the Fast Track

Allstate is a company that's transforming, and we need charismatic, inventive professionals for our rotational Leadership Development Programs- leaders who can help drive decisions as we evolve into the future.

If you're up to the challenge, we offer two distinct rotational Leadership Development Programs.

  • A general program suitable for a broad range of majors/minors.
  • A technology-focused program aligned specifically for new professionals in information technology.

Both programs offer a highly competitive annual salary and all the perks and benefits offered to full time Allstate corporate employees.

Leadership Development Program:

The Allstate Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed to build versatile leaders by providing crossfunctional experience through three rotations in different areas of the organization. Each rotation lasts one full year and aligns to a specific business area (Claims, Sales, Marketing, Product, Human Resources, Technology, etc). This approach builds business acumen and a holistic understanding of the organization - knowledge that is imperative for successful leadership at Allstate.

Our LDP participants are naturals when it comes to leadership. They have an innate ability to engage and motivate others, the desire to continuously learn and share ideas, and a fiery passion for personal development. Here are a few items that are required to be considered for this program:

  • Bachelor's Degree - 2014 graduates
  • Cumulative GPA of at least 3.5
  • A variety of majors/minors
  • Leadership experience
  • Willingness to potentially relocate for one of three rotational assignments
  • Strong computer, interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills
