Allstate Internships: Get Your Foot in the Door

Allstate Leadership Development Programs: Get on the Fast Track
Allstate is a company that's transforming, and we need charismatic,
inventive professionals for our rotational Leadership Development
Programs- leaders who can help drive decisions as we evolve into
the future.
If you're up to the challenge, we offer two distinct
rotational Leadership Development Programs.

A general program suitable for a broad range of majors/minors.

A technology-focused program aligned specifically for new
professionals in information technology.
Both programs offer a highly competitive annual salary and all the

General Leadership Development Program:
Allstate's Leadership Development Program program is designed to
accelerate your professional development through three targeted rotational
assignments. Each assignment lasts one full year and aligns to a specific
business area such as claims, sales, marketing, product service, human resources.
In this program, you'll learn hands-on about different departments such as investments,
advertising, marketing, finance, business development, media relations and claims.
Here are a few items that are required to be considered for this program:

Bachelor's Degree - 2013 graduates

Cumulative GPA of at least 3.5

A variety of majors/minors
-
Leadership experience
-
Willingness to potentially relocate for one of three rotational assignments

Strong computer, interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills

Allstate Leadership Program Application
Technology Leadership Development Program:
Allstate's Technology Leadership Development Program program is designed to
accelerate your professional development through three targeted rotational assignments.
Two rotations will take place in the Allstate Technology and Operations organization
and one rotation will be assigned in a business unit outside of technology
such as Marketing, Finance, Claims, or Human Resources.
Here are a few items that are required to be considered for this program:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Math/Computer Science,
or Statistics/Computer Science - 2013 graduates

Cumulative GPA of at least 3.3
-
Leadership experience
-
Willingness to potentially relocate for one of three rotational assignments
-
Strong computer, interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills
