Lisa's sense of business community is strong. “I feel like, as a small business person myself, that we're all in the same boat. And it's going to take back-and-forth to make it work. You have your small business and I have mine. They're connected. I think our agency has a strong understanding of that.”

One case history is particularly memorable. “The customer was relying on their personal insurance when it should have been for business. The appreciation that customer showed after the claim...it was totally rewarding.”
