standard Allstate car insurance policy, at no additional cost.
Our guarantee is simple: If you're not happy with how your Allstate car insurance claim goes—for any reason—Allstate will give you credit on your premium for up to six months. Nobody else does that.
Here's how the new Claim Satisfaction Guarantee works:
- You're an Allstate customer.
- You have a car accident and file a claim with us.
- We pay your claim, but you're not happy.
