The Ambassador was accompanied by Declan Kelly, US Economic Envoy; Kamala S. Lakhdir, Consul General of N. Ireland; Kevin Roland, Acting Consul General of N. Ireland; and Jake Sullivan, Hilary Clinton's deputy national policy director.
Louis B. Susman was sworn in as the United States Ambassador to the Court of St. James on 29th July 2009 by US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. He took up his duties in London on 17th August 2009.
